The South Florida Pride Bands, Inc., and its component organizations, provides a safe and educational environment for LGBTQ+ musicians, youth, and their allies to perform quality music for the LGBTQ+ and greater South Florida communities.

  • South Florida Pride Youth Band Season 14

    South Florida Pride Youth Band Season 14 presented by FLoatarama High school students from the tri-county area will join forces with members of the South Florida Pride Concert Band in this special program that exemplifies the bridge-building power of music in our community.  These students will rehearse in February 2025 and will perform under the direction of Dr. Cheldon Williams, Associate Director of Bands at West Virginia University.  Ten or more $1,500 college scholarships will be awarded to members of the Pride Youth Band.  One exceptional student will receive a $7,500 scholarship as part of the 3rd Annual FLoatarama Soloist Competition and will be featured as a soloist during South Florida Pride Concert's Band's May 2025. This is one concert not to be missed.
